About LandClearly

Land clearing is one of the few property jobs where most owners have no idea what a fair number looks like. The work is priced by machine time, and machine time depends on things an owner rarely thinks to describe: how thick the growth is, how big the trees are, whether a machine can get in, and how clean the ground has to be when the work is done.

LandClearly exists to close that gap. You answer a short set of questions about the land, and you get a planning range, the clearing method your answers point to, an expected number of machine days, and a plain list of what the range does not cover.

What we are not

We are not a contractor, and we do not perform land clearing. We do not publish reviews, ratings or contractor directories, and we do not claim coverage in every part of the country. A planning range is not a quote: only a contractor who has seen your property can give you a price.

How the numbers are produced

Estimates come from a rule-based model built on documented production rates and market day-rate evidence, not from a person guessing and not from an opinion poll. Every result carries a Planning Confidence label so you can see how much weight to put on it. The methodology page explains it in detail, including the limitations.
