What the estimate is

LandClearly produces planning estimates for land-clearing work. An estimate is an informational range based on the answers you provide. It is not a quote, not an offer, not a contract, and not a guarantee of any price, timescale or outcome. Actual costs depend on site conditions and on the contractor you hire.

Your responsibilities

• Describe your property accurately; wrong answers produce wrong estimates.
• Confirm scope, permits and price with a contractor before work begins.
• Use the site for your own project planning, not for automated scraping or resale.

Contractors

If you request quotes, your project and contact details may be passed to land-clearing contractors. LandClearly does not perform clearing work, does not employ contractors, does not supervise their work and is not a party to any agreement you make with one. We make no claim about contractor availability in any particular area.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. Methodology, parameters and content may change as the model is improved; an estimate reflects the model version in use when it was produced.
